Relay, admin panel, and database all run on a single server. Nothing to wire together.
A roughly 1 GB memory footprint — comfortable on a modest, inexpensive VPS.
9601/UDP streams the video frames. If it's blocked, sessions fall back to TCP — but open UDP gives the smoothest experience.
The relay is just a small Linux service — put it wherever suits your security and budget.

Run it in an AWS, Azure, GCP, or other cloud account that belongs to you.
